 Matthew began his legal career as a real estate attorney and quickly advanced to become a trusted business advisor to multi-billion-dollar public companies in the areas of executive management, board governance, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as, regulatory compliance, sales and business efficiency, human resources and litigation.

Matthew loves his family - everything about them.  

Matthew believes in family as a key driver of relationships.  Matthew and his wife, Kara, have 4 beautiful children and love to do everything together from enjoying a day at the beach to a trip around the world to experience the lives and cultures of foreign places.
